Poor people management - Anonymous employee Mimeo Employee Review

There is almost no people management. There is no potential growth for your career. There is no single manager who is capable to manage people. Your manager will never ask you if you have anything to say about how things are going in the team, company. Top management don't even know who work for them and don't care about people. Kind of frustrating to see such things in a company which has been in the market for long time. Benefits are not good too. I would say they are below average.
