Pros

MindGeek allowed me to gain experience in a field I knew nothing about. It is good if you're just starting out. There are some good people working there.

Cons

- Management REALLY doesn't care about it's employees. - If you move up the ladder a little you are respected a lot more by upper managemt if you drive a nice car. This is no joke. I've seen upper management pressure people into buying nice cars. It's really not normal. - They act like it's 1995 and you have to effectively use a punch card to ensure you worked a min of 35 hours in the office. But what about all the time I spent working from home? Well that doesn't count. - They openly talk about past employees and try to make it sound like anyone who ever left the company now regrets it. Given their extremely low rating in sites like this one, I ask who are you going to believe? - Salary is quite low compared to most other companies. Also, they implemented a cap this year based on your role. I understand why they did this, but from an employee's perspective it's no fun. - Don't trust HR. They have management's back, not yours. - The office politics is unbearable. - Unless you're will to suck up like you've never sucked up before OR you are Lebanese, good luck ever getting promoted! It's been years since I heard of anyone ever being promoted in my division which had about 150 people. - Men who take paternity leave are treated as disloyal to the company and their team. They do this by making you feel guilty about it. -
