Pros
Gym membership, but who cares if the company destroys your soul. Breakfast, but cheapest they could get. Team efforts for projects but company encourages unfair competition and backstabbing. Steap learning curve but you have to learn yourself no support by seniors or the company. They provide almost no training, just fear and threats of losing job.
Cons
This company is lucky the product sells itself. It’s run by an elite club of cowboys that most the time don’t know what they are doing. The environment is toxic and depressing. It feels more like a dictatorship rather than an environmental that harbours equality, opportunity and positivity. Upper management are incredibly bias on every decision they make and will corner individuals they don’t like or are considered threatening. Generally speaking uper management is composed of friends and family that have not been selected for skill but rather looks and relationship. (Favoritism, Cronyism, and Nepotism) Summary: - no freedom of speech - bullying encouraged by company - elite boys club (no progression opportunities for 99.9% of employees) - constantly finding reasons to cut salaries and bonuses - unethical business practices - forcing employees to participate in unethical and sometimes illegal activity’s - cowboy management and elitism - unskilled seniors - favoritism, cronyism, and nepotism.
