AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Information Technology MindGeek Employee Review

Where do i start.. 1)Very low salary compared to other IT companies. 2)Varying salary with a "do not disclose your salary to other employees" clause in your contract. This allows the company to have an X position getting paid 1200 eu(gross) and another SAME X position, getting paid 1500 eu (gross). This creates a huge gap and essentially demotivates employees as soon as they found out that they are underpaid at a job with the same responsibilities and title as others. 3)At the rare occasion they promote someone is when they get an offer from another company, albeit most of the times they either dont bother with a counter offer(despite years of working for them) or they make a counter offer out of formality(thats a very, VERY, rare occasion ZERO chance of growth since most positions are dominated by key players all relayed to each other, nepotism comes to mind, and employees wait in line for ages to get a substantial raise, or promotion 4)Upper management treats employees like numbers and they dont value feedback from exit interviews(if they bother to make an exit interview) and current employees. 5)Strong micromanagement from the Montreal office to the rest of the global offices affecting seniors and leads and crippling them in making their job, forcing their procedures 6)ZERO appreciation for overtimes, work from home in crazy hours if needed, and going out of your way as an employee to put in more work. With zero appreciation its redundant to state that there is no overtime money or bonuses attached. 7)They cultivate a fearmongering culture and they fire employees WITHOUT warning regardless of years of service. 8)Lastly, fake promises of promotions and raises to employees to keep them working and stay motivated but as i previously mentioned all that is, is smoke and mirrors.
