Pros
Friendly environment. Good benefits, especially the medicall. Could learn a lot in key positions for the company like developers, QAs, etc. Great place to gain experience for future companies. If you are good to them they will be good to you.
Cons
The biggest con is the salaries in almost all the positions of the company. Only a handful of positions get serious salaries bums, everyone else just gets a small percentage every year. You have to be liked by management in order to get promoted.
