There is little to no effort on communication across teams which are based in different countries. In certain teams, there is no mechanism for gathering requirements or domain knowledge for highly complex systems and this is considered to be a problem of the employee by the management, except it is a bottleneck from the management themselves. Performance reviews seems comprehensive and detailed, however are not taken into account and only inflation is given as a raise no matter how "above and beyond" the workforce may go.
