Pros
Community of coworkers, benefits/perks like on site wellness classes, location in beautiful slo, company parties, charismatic CEO, good product providing real value. Some managers are great. Helping small businesses grow and improve.
Cons
Charge backs on commission are brutal and will easily cause you to be in the hole several thousand bucks every month, overall pay not up to industry standards. Inaccessible or unintelligable protocol for handling contested sales between reps. Core values that are so promoted company wide seem to be nowhere in sight in the sales department. Management is spread thin and often unavailable, and are not transparent with the team. Expect to work a minimum of 60+ hrs to have any hope of hitting goal, including weekends, yet be pressured to take PTO (without any adjustment in goal, even for several week trips). No system for success, with top reps understandably closely guarding their secrets. Odd lack of basic tools for an organization of this size, like a dialer and sales focused marketing materials. Very little receptivity to feedback from reps. Nepotism results in people in positions they aren't qualified for, ending with the team suffering.
