On paper, incredible awareness for work-life balance, self-care awareness.
Cons
In reality, a bit of a dumpster fire. Lower than fair market pay, weirdly CP-biased, new bonus structure forces you to be at company for at least a year before being rewarded (previously quarterly), no equity in TC, increasingly micro-managed, lots of mindless data entry, reliable data collection systems put in place at the expense of problem-solving autonomy. We're creating a better company, but for who? Leadership team, please do better. Let individual contributors do what they do best, solve problems and create solutions. Why do individual contributors have to pay for previous leadership team's less than ideal execution work?
