Pros
The company pays well for remote employees. There are some good benefits, like health and a fitness allowance. There are also some of the most talented people in the industry working there.
Cons
I was either hired for a role I was unqualified for or I was given a workload that was unreasonable. Either way, I felt isolated and stressed most of the time and no one seemed to care when I’d share this. I was told to just put my head down and work harder, but I had no guidance on how to do some things (even though I regularly asked for help). Ultimately, the morale in the company tanked over 2023, people left after the initial layoff and then we were all asked to do more with less. This left those who needed the stronger people on their team to help them flapping in the wind.
