Pros
Inexpensive Benefits, flexible pto and sick. Software works if you don’t have some weird business model, or radically change how you pay your staff.
Cons
It was a great opportunity until they were acquired by Vista Equity. Those morons had 3 full years to right the ship. Instead they “invested” in pointless additions, making an already complicated software base even more unnecessarily complicated. They “care” about the mental health of their CS in the way that they will ignore the fact there is a problem with CS. The subscribers were horrible. Most of them had no business running a business, and blamed you, the person trying to help, because of their own incompetence and complete lack of understanding basic computer skills. Did new management handle that? No, they just wanted more features because sales. For such a promising potential company, they ended up be a joke, and still the “leader” of SaaS in health and wellness. AVOID, unless you can drink the Kool Aid.
