This company has been a game changer. The people here love their jobs and it has rekindled my love for being an RBT after a bad experience with another company. Moving to mind color is one of the best decisions I could have made!

Our building is smaller, but that only means it's a smaller team. I'm sure getting into other locations may be a bit harder since the company is smaller.

The workplace culture is positive and collaborative, with strong relationships among RBTs, supervisors, and leadership. Every day brings new learning opportunities, making the work engaging and helping employees continuously develop their clinical skills. One of the more challenging aspects of working at Mindcolor Autism is the unpredictable nature of the job. Because each client is unique and every day can bring different behaviors, challenges, and learning opportunities, the role requires a high level of flexibility, patience, and adaptability. Sessions can be physically and emotionally demanding at times, especially when supporting clients through difficult behaviors or unexpected situations. Additionally, progress can sometimes occur gradually, requiring consistency and perseverance from staff. However, these challenges are also what make the work meaningful, as overcoming obstacles and seeing clients achieve their goals makes the effort worthwhile.
