Get to work with latest technology stacks Freedom to streamline processes Freedom to utilize new technology Environment supports individual as well as team growth Can work on front or back end technology Flexibility to switch teams and environments Statement of work contracts are long term(multiple years) for stability Lots of growth opportunities, Mindex will help you grow and is invested in you. Recruiters are great to work with, they really try to make sure that it is a great fit for you as well as the company Extra perks like bonuses, lunches, swag Overall Mindex is a great company to work for. I recently referred a friend to Mindex and he was a bit skeptical, but he is extremely happy with his decision. Don't let the fact that I only worked at Mindex for a couple years fool you, it was truly a real hard decision to leave. Get a hold of Jamie Miller@Mindex Great guy to work with and find out if Mindex is the place for you. Tell him this was the review that did it for you!
