Could be Great, But Isn't - Product Support Specialist Mindex Employee Review

The culture behind the IT support team was not professional and consisted of constantly berating each other and making you feel uncomfortable. Any time this behavior was challenged nothing was done about it. Towards the end of my time there it was a hostile work environment that I wasn't comfortable in. HR did not fix these issues in an acceptable manner. There isn't a good work/life balance. It's expected to give your soul to this company even if you are struggle with personal health issues you are expected to come to work even if you physically and mentally cannot do it. Everyone in the office gossips about each other. The office space completely lacks any kind of diversity or inclusion. They are not accommodating or understanding of people disabilities.
