I joined Mindex before the summer, and my entire experience has been great! Everyone here is so nice and helpful, and it truly feels like a team environment. I've never experienced a company like this that truly cares about its employees and is always trying to better itself. You know you're working for an innovative company when they are ALWAYS looking to improve and pushing themselves to be the best. I thrive in this working environment because there is no micromanaging, projects are assigned, and it's up to you to get them done. The company is flexible regarding working schedules/environments and truly supports employees where they work best. Everyone here is helpful and willing to meet with you and answer any questions.
