- Very recent layoffs (i was impacted) as they replace local devs with the cheapest, most inexperienced offshore workers possible
- Constant strict deadlines with incompetent leaders and planning, resulting in nigh constant compulsory overtime
- Under market salaries
- Utterly abysmal work-life balance
- Managers, HR, etc. will *say* all the right things, but every word is hollow
- Zero opportunity for internal growth unless you're a manager being bumped up to a different kind of manager
- IT/tech support so inept it's hard to tell if they've ever actually used computers
- They actively encourage dev teams (both engineers and otherwise) to NOT think or ask questions, and penalize, harrass, and eventually lay off those that do think, innovate, or question (despite overworking them exponentially more than their teammates in order to make their absurd deadlines)
Listing everything would require a full article, instead, do yourself a favor and move on to the next place in your queue
Avoid at all costs.
