      No pros. Don’t work for this company

      Cons

      They have no regard or care for their employees. They let me go after a month and a half due to “position cuts”. I moved 2 hour for this job and they let me go with no warning knowing that I had moved across the state for this job. Don’t work for this company.

      Unable to follow through with promised supports Inappropriate bullying and gaslighting behavior from supervision making unilateral desicions based upon assumptions and personal lack of knowledge as well as personal feelings without accountability premature termination of clients causing unnecessary stress on severely challenged clients and their families
