Learning opportunities are more as per global level leaders but Indian management persons are doing more internal politics.

Cons

No growth opportunity especially for Diploma or Degree or MBA holders. Impossible to go into the next level by doing correctly(no ethical issue). We can go to next level by doing some criminal activities in India.
