Pros

Easy job to do Schedule flexibility (if staffing is available) Nails And Waxing Discount Discount on Products Room for Internal Growth

Cons

Management does not look at their employees as individuals. They pretend to have a company culture that is friendly when hiring but in reality there are so many problems with diversity. Only cares about making their goal so they can get their bonus Front desk is put in a position where they are the middle man between management and nail techs. In return people who are managers hide behind front desk and make them out to be the bad guy but then at the same time pretend that front desk must enforce corporate policies. Management works employees like they are not human doesn’t care if nail techs are sick. They will still make them come in even if they were to be close to vomiting on customer while giving pedicure. Management doesn’t care about desk people because they are just overhead and don’t contribute to their $$ At the end of the day all nail technicians trump anything and everything front desk does due to management/ owner using nail techs as a way to put money in his pocket so he can talk about his self indulgences such as private jets and books he has written.

Pros

I love the girls! I worked with them for years and the team really makes the environment special. Clients are particular but it is expected in this industry and I have also met great people along the way over the years!

Cons

HQ is all over the place and out of touch. District leader is not sensible to the team and cares for numbers only. I've been pushed to days I just break down from pressure working alone in the front on busy peak days and still being micromanaged. Upon expressing concerns, the attitude was that of "I get not everyone is like me who can handle it." Corporate supports that too and it shows by their disregard to not address this. The company is not as they portray. It is not women led and unfortunately, it has become hostile.
