Management works employees like they are not human doesn’t care if nail techs are sick. They will still make them come in even if they were to be close to vomiting on customer while giving pedicure. Management doesn’t care about desk people because they are just overhead and don’t contribute to their $$ At the end of the day all nail technicians trump anything and everything front desk does due to management/ owner using nail techs as a way to put money in his pocket so he can talk about his self indulgences such as private jets and books he has written.
