Pros
40% off retail. Free services but only if you go in before or after your shift. If you don’t have time to get your services done on the days you’re working then you get 40% off instead.
Cons
-No breaks! -If you have to pay for parking they will not reimburse you. And if it’s meter parking, you don’t always get a chance to refill it if the store is busy. It’s not worth the parking tickets. -If you’re hired for the front desk, you’re expected to act like a manger without the pay or title of manager. If there’s a difficult client who is unsatisfied with their service, the client services associate is the one getting yelled at for it. The highest pay they’ll start you with is $12/hr (only $1 above minimum wage in Massachusetts). -The title used to be “Client Services Manager” until the workers started complaining that they were considered managers but not getting paid as such. That’s when the company changed the title to “Client Services Associate” so they could expect the same work but continue to pay low.
