Pros

The people. Hands down the people on the team - from headquarters to studio are what make this company truly different. I worked for 10 years at a very large, quickly growing company that marketed the celebration of their employees, pledged to promote from within, but it was mostly surface level, ultimately to please Wall Street. There were a lot of rose colored glasses worn at the leadership level, and a lot of favoritism. Take all of that, flip it and reverse it, and you have MiniLuxe. The CEO and Co-Founder have incredible vision, are inclusive at every level, and truly believe that the people are what make the company. They started with two pillars - clean and empowerment, and that is just what the company is today, 14 years later. I have never felt more alive at work, and have never felt more rewarded. At the end of the day, I am not exhausted, run down, defeated, put down, but excited to come to work tomorrow to continue the growth - for the brand, and for myself personally. The approach MiniLuxe takes with its people is rare, and if you work for MiniLuxe, you are lucky.

Cons

I wouldn't call it a con, but there are some organizational gaps that the company is still learning and growing into. This is all part of the process of a small company looking to go big. It is the challenge of it, but it is a healthy challenge.

Pros

I love the girls! I worked with them for years and the team really makes the environment special. Clients are particular but it is expected in this industry and I have also met great people along the way over the years!

Cons

HQ is all over the place and out of touch. District leader is not sensible to the team and cares for numbers only. I've been pushed to days I just break down from pressure working alone in the front on busy peak days and still being micromanaged. Upon expressing concerns, the attitude was that of "I get not everyone is like me who can handle it." Corporate supports that too and it shows by their disregard to not address this. The company is not as they portray. It is not women led and unfortunately, it has become hostile.
