Pros

My manager has worked with me and accommodated schedule changes numerous times. I know she didn’t have to do it but I’m glad she did. At Miniluxe the management team make it a point to make working conditions as easy on the staff as possible. I don’t always work the hours I want all the time but I still can’t complain. Best job I’ve had to date!

Cons

Rumor has it the budget is tight because Miniluxe has so many locations. They’re making it work though.

Pros

I love the girls! I worked with them for years and the team really makes the environment special. Clients are particular but it is expected in this industry and I have also met great people along the way over the years!

Cons

HQ is all over the place and out of touch. District leader is not sensible to the team and cares for numbers only. I've been pushed to days I just break down from pressure working alone in the front on busy peak days and still being micromanaged. Upon expressing concerns, the attitude was that of "I get not everyone is like me who can handle it." Corporate supports that too and it shows by their disregard to not address this. The company is not as they portray. It is not women led and unfortunately, it has become hostile.
