Pros

I wrote a review on here a few months ago that no longer applies to the working situation at Miniluxe. The culture has become much more open and friendly and management have done a complete 180 in regards to listening to employee feedback and making the changes we suggest. They’ve more than earned every single one of these 5 stars.

Cons

Every single issue I had with the company before has been addressed and I no longer have anything to complain about. I couldn’t be happier.

Pros

I love the girls! I worked with them for years and the team really makes the environment special. Clients are particular but it is expected in this industry and I have also met great people along the way over the years!

Cons

HQ is all over the place and out of touch. District leader is not sensible to the team and cares for numbers only. I've been pushed to days I just break down from pressure working alone in the front on busy peak days and still being micromanaged. Upon expressing concerns, the attitude was that of "I get not everyone is like me who can handle it." Corporate supports that too and it shows by their disregard to not address this. The company is not as they portray. It is not women led and unfortunately, it has become hostile.
