Free services if you have time to get them and the nails techs. They are the best people you will meet and the only reason you won’t run for the hills.
Cons
Pay doesn’t align with hours worked or what is expected. This is sold as I thug and this is really a 75k up job No work life balance. Had a boss tell me that it’s not a big deal working through sick time and pto. No accountability. Disconnect of what it means for the nail techs to live pay check to pay check while corporate will stop in and get a free service, tip horribly, and be dripping in dior or Gucci. No empathy when they’re are racist or abusive clients. Lots of gaslighting. They will tell you your sensitive and that the company is diverse. Uncle ruckus would say the same. No support. Multiple people have left for mental health and no one asks/checks in. If they do it is very much to throw you under some bus.
