Within 2 years I have seen 5 studio directors come and go all with hopes of change when they come in then leaving as a shell of a person. As a tech it gives no sense of security when every new manager is "just learning" so we should be patient with everything thaygoes wrong. Supplies are always running out and we arw told to just deal with it. Ive seen coworkers pull nail buffers out of the trash to reuse on clients because they didnt have any more. Coorporate including regional directors, and nail and esthetician supervisors are like unatainable figureheads rather than a source of support. Its sad because the employees could really have a great career at this company if there wasnt such a disconnect.
