Pros

Great co-workers, amazing leadership support before April, pretty consistent clientele, guarantee rate when it's slow.

Cons

District management is always condescending and rude. This shows in her dictator attitude and making inappropriate comments that she thinks are funny. They hire inexperienced leadership and proceed to be poorly trained by the same district management who not only does NOT believe in supporting team operations for day to day tasks; but also, put as a priority to teach business operations which is awful and says a lot about how this company is disconnected with the fleet and disregards business operation efforts. Leadership (including district HQ management) squeezes in clients inappropiately out of fear of saying no and has added unapproved breaks to timecard that were not taken which is not only illegal but unethical. The attitude of upper leadership has become money hungry and the "vision" of employee empowerment is out the window. This is NOT woman led company as portrayed in glassdoor. The CEO is out of touch with his fleet and clearly it shows at how much turnover they have in management. This company is a sinking ship and the district director clearly aims to run this as a chop shop as if she was still in Texas.

Pros

I love the girls! I worked with them for years and the team really makes the environment special. Clients are particular but it is expected in this industry and I have also met great people along the way over the years!

Cons

HQ is all over the place and out of touch. District leader is not sensible to the team and cares for numbers only. I've been pushed to days I just break down from pressure working alone in the front on busy peak days and still being micromanaged. Upon expressing concerns, the attitude was that of "I get not everyone is like me who can handle it." Corporate supports that too and it shows by their disregard to not address this. The company is not as they portray. It is not women led and unfortunately, it has become hostile.
