Pros

The kids are incredible, and working with them on a day to day basis is so rewarding. Most of the leads work hard, and try to be there to support their clients and the staff working with them. The hours are regular, and you receive paid holidays off.

Cons

You will feel like you have stepped back into high school. If you're not in the "clique" they will run to management with anything about you, and management will likely reprimand you without bothering to hear your perspective. Management is what creates the negative work environment. They are more focused on reprimanding staff for trivial things than focusing on the kids and their needs. Be very aware of who you talk to and restrict who you trust if you choose to work in this company. If you want to be successful, you will need to be comfortable ratting others out for just about anything.

Pros

Training into the job and connections with clients

Cons

Very mentally exhausting, difficult to juggle multiple tasks when you need your client within a hands reach, favoritism from management, and of course low pay
