This job will dig you to the ground. You put so much of your time heart and soul really for the benefit of your clients improvements. The upper management is a joke and a lot of AMAZING THERAPISTS HAVE QUIT BECAUSE OF THE POLITICS. A LOT!!! I quit and sadly watched handfuls and handfuls of amazing talented therapists including OT'S AND Speech Therapists quit. It's disgusting and really really sad. The turnover rate is worse than the restaurant business....
