Fulfilling,,,but at what cost? - Behavioral Therapist Minnesota Autism Center Employee Review

Pros

The job is fulfilling in changing the lives in kids with Autism and set hours are conveinent.

Cons

Management will listen to concerns but then does nothing to fix them. I've found that the clinical team tends to abandon the therapists and micromanages them. Base pay and "raises" do not match the difficulty of this job at all. I don't feel legitimately cared about working for this company.

Pros

Training into the job and connections with clients

Cons

Very mentally exhausting, difficult to juggle multiple tasks when you need your client within a hands reach, favoritism from management, and of course low pay
