Cons

Extremely Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish My experience with this company was deeply frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, the organization operated under a rigid “my way or no way” approach, starting with the CEO. Several promises were made—regarding start dates, staffing, and support—that were ultimately not kept. Rather than take responsibility, leadership consistently shifted the blame elsewhere. A major issue occurred when the company mishandled insurance paperwork, which forced us into a time-consuming appeals process. Despite the mistake being theirs, they refused to contact the insurance provider to help expedite the resolution. This lack of accountability was a recurring theme. Key Concerns: Inadequate Training and Supervision: Many staff members receive inconsistent or insufficient training, and there is minimal supervision, which directly affects the quality of care clients receive. Toxic Work Environment: Condescending attitudes and a lack of support from supervisors contribute to a demoralizing atmosphere. High Turnover: The company struggles with retaining staff, which causes constant instability and impacts service delivery. Lack of Recognition and Support: Employees often feel undervalued, with little recognition for their hard work or contributions. Upper management rarely acknowledges staff efforts. Poor Leadership and Communication: Management exhibits favoritism, fails to communicate essential updates, and rarely takes responsibility. Policies and processes are unclear or constantly changing without proper communication. Bonus structures are misleading, and favoritism often outweighs merit. No Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement are nearly nonexistent. Unless you're considered a "favorite," your career goals are unlikely to be supported or acknowledged. This is not an organization I would recommend to either clients or potential employees. The lack of integrity, support, and professionalism creates an unstable and unhealthy work culture.
