Family run, c level very caring

Cons

The operations of their stores and the VP are part and practice the "good ol'boy" network. If they like you you're good if they don't they will see you are not welcome.

Super easy job. I was a college student, and as long as I did what I had to, I could do homework on the job.

Cons

Minimum wage. Never got a lunch break despite working 8+ hr each shift. When you made a mistake, even a small one, management would rather cut your hours drastically than give any sort of constructive feedback. Parasocial customers often made things very weird.
