Pros
The upper management cares about your success. They also care about the customers. Every week they drive home that fact by reminding us to show our patients how much we care. Each day you get to help people hear better and that is a rewarding experience. The schedule isn't bad and management is flexible and helpful.
Cons
The training program could use some major improves. It is a sales job and one of the most important things about sales is location. You may not get the best location and it may take a bit to build it up. It is commission based so the income varies from month to month.
