Poorly Managed Company - Hearing Instrument Specialist Miracle-Ear Employee Review

I've been with Miracle Ear for 25 years and I've never looked back. I'm rewarded when I see the difference I get to make in someone's life. I'm compensated well for my knowledge and experience via income, rewards and a leadership that cares. I feel seen with this company and it has been great to my family. Miracle Ear continues to provide to necessary tools of learning and the best equipment to allow us to keep up with today's new technology. Corporate company yet it feels like family.

Adapting to new procedures very often as Office Managers.

- I/we LITERALLY change lives, for the IMMENSE better, every single day! - A fantastic work culture where everyone is thought about, cared for, treated, and paid well. - Training is provided which allowed/allows me to truly feel ready and prepared for my job each and every day. - Management is there to help guide us but is not there to micro-manage us.

- The company allows me to work as much as I would like IOT to help as many people as possible. Well, this then leads to me working more than 40-hours/week. With that said, that's a CHOICE. It's not obviously mandated. Not sure if it's a con, or not, but I could not think of anything else for the "Cons" box.
