Lack of management and planning:
- Nothing gets done unless it’s almost too late, panic and overtime hours before deadlines because no one makes plans or gives information.
- Employees are blamed for unrelated problems, for example technical problems or someone being sick
- Very low budget for appliances, broken tools don’t get replaced, computers are ancient
- Old facilities with no maintenance: water damage, dust everywhere, loud noise level
- Management doesn’t listen to employees (who often know their stuff) opinions or it takes forever to actually do something about them
Overall very unprofessional environment for a high tech company!
