      Pros

      > Leadership that cares - career, well-being and genuinely want to help be successful > Product is amazing - never seen so many fans of a product > Little company -> big impact and value to clients > Sydney office (and gobally) working with talented and fun people

      Cons

      Only financially recognised on ARR uplift, renewals are quite solid, but a flat renewal will get you little recognition despite putting in a lot of work - but happy client, so that's a positive spin - and Miro makes it easy for clients to adopt and grow in future.

      lack of directions product is always changing weak leadership employee compensation is changing- more expectations and making it harder for us to make money
