Working at Misfits Market has been such a rewarding experience. One of the biggest pros is being part of a company that is constantly growing and open to trying new things. There are so many opportunities for personal and professional growth, and leadership is genuinely invested in seeing you succeed. I wouldn’t necessarily consider this a con, but more of an adjustment: unless you work in the operations departments, most roles are fully remote. At first, it was a big change for me since I was used to seeing people in person throughout the week. Over time, though, I’ve really grown to love the flexibility and have found a routine and process that works well for me. For someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction or prefers an office environment, it may take some getting used to, but it can become a great fit once you settle into it.
