Working at Misfits Market has been such a rewarding experience. One of the biggest pros is being part of a company that is constantly growing and open to trying new things. It’s exciting to know that your thoughts and ideas aren’t just heard but truly valued, and you feel like you can make an impact. There are so many opportunities for personal and professional growth, and leadership is genuinely invested in seeing you succeed. I wouldn’t necessarily consider this a con, but more of an adjustment: unless you work in the operations departments, most roles are fully remote. At first, it was a big change for me since I was used to seeing people in person throughout the week. Over time, though, I’ve really grown to love the flexibility and have found a routine and process that works well for me. For someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction or prefers an office environment, it may take some getting used to, but it can become a great fit once you settle into it.
