MG Review - Administration Mission Graduates Employee Review

Diversity, opportunity for growth, inclusivity, and collaborative. Despite the other low rated reviews, I believe that MG has done a lot to improve those aspects that others call out - MG offers many opportunities for someone to grow within the organization. Many of our staff have moved up to a managerial level within 2 years. SF min wage is $17/hr and I’d say we’re waaaay above the SF minimum wage and MG offers benefits that’s ALL paid for for the staff. You’re 100% covered!
