      Pros

      Great place and fellow health care professionals that work the floor , also very flexible with scheduling for school and life in general

      Cons

      Everyone has problems with everywhere they work but most time I have people come in late in the morning often besides a select few and I feel like the nurse and aides could use a little more teamwork and coordination but in the reccent years teamwork has gotten better

      Pros

      Full time hours, possible Overtime, I am on a great team, and the people there are really supportive and friendly . They welcomed the new comer with open arms and never once felt like a burden. I

      Short staffed, Not as consistent with some of the processes but they are working on it

      Pros

      Great nurses, resilient community, many leadership growth opportunities, large hospital with many specialties, the only level 1 trauma center in WNC.

      Cons

      The hours are very challenging. often 5am to 6pm M-F. No additional compensation for extra hours, nights, or on-call weekends. You must love the work, and have minimal need for work-life balance to enjoy working here.
