Thanks for your work while you were a Mission employee, and for the feedback. I am not aware of the restructuring scenarios you are referring to, but we do have an emphasis within Mission to grow and develop our own employees for promotional opportunities. The Career Exploration Center is in place to support any employee interested in pursuing new roles, continuing education, or seeking support to transition within the system.
