Pros
Great pay lots of bells and whistles.
Cons
They care more about the bottom line than people. Upper executives being promoted to VP’s while cutting secretaries, RN , CNA making people reapply for their positions with a title change and finally a cut in pay. Do more for less and with less. No trust in the C Suite, no trust in VP’s , no trust in CNO/ACNO , no trust with directors. They are looking out for themselves only and will cut their staff and trusted employees to save themselves. Letting RNs go who have been loyal employees for decades. Not a great place to work.
