      Pros

      Great co-workers. Enterprise Datawarehouse and good tools/computers.

      Cons

      Senior management made poor decisions for technical solutions. Pace is too fast for even seasoned developers to finish projects. They were recently bought out by HCA, the largest corporate hospital in America. Definitely a con.

      Full time hours, possible Overtime, I am on a great team, and the people there are really supportive and friendly . They welcomed the new comer with open arms and never once felt like a burden. I

      Short staffed, Not as consistent with some of the processes but they are working on it

      Pros

      Great nurses, resilient community, many leadership growth opportunities, large hospital with many specialties, the only level 1 trauma center in WNC.

      Cons

      The hours are very challenging. often 5am to 6pm M-F. No additional compensation for extra hours, nights, or on-call weekends. You must love the work, and have minimal need for work-life balance to enjoy working here.
