      Pros

      I did meet some great coworkers

      Cons

      Fought against me being able to get the help I needed after having my child. Didn't support pump breaks for breastfeeding mothers. Didn't let me go to my doctor to get help with my postpartum depression. No respect for pregnant woman or new parents.

      Pros

      Full time hours, possible Overtime, I am on a great team, and the people there are really supportive and friendly . They welcomed the new comer with open arms and never once felt like a burden. I

      Short staffed, Not as consistent with some of the processes but they are working on it

      Pros

      Great nurses, resilient community, many leadership growth opportunities, large hospital with many specialties, the only level 1 trauma center in WNC.

      Cons

      The hours are very challenging. often 5am to 6pm M-F. No additional compensation for extra hours, nights, or on-call weekends. You must love the work, and have minimal need for work-life balance to enjoy working here.
