Pros
The company itself isn't terrible to work for.. the work is easy as long as you don't lean too much on your coworkers and expect them to do anything for you. If you learn your role, use your brain, and become good at your job, it really is smooth sailing. Maybe not recently, but before you could move up pretty easily as well. The work/life balance is great because again.. the work is easy. They also don't ever ask or require you to work longer than you are expected to.
Cons
Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs. Company has had 2 waves of layoffs in 4 months.. pretty scary stuff for anyone who is still there. Low pay in comparison to other companies doing the same work. Managers don't really have anyone managing them.. which in turn can end up resulting in you having a manager that doesn't seem to do anything or know what they are talking about. However, this is due to ppl being able to "move up" into manager positions with no managerial experience, which is a good thing... but someone has to show them the ropes or they are always lost and don't help the greater pool of workers.
