Pros
Laid back environment. Willing to train. Option for free health insurance. Internet and wellness stipend monthly. Most holidays off or paid 1.5x. Great PTO hours and 2 floating holidays. UPTO is also given annually, 40 hours. Overall it’s a great culture and offers a great work- life balance.
Cons
The pay is the biggest con. ML increased wages in 2024 for the first time in over 5 years and it is still very low. They continuously add responsibilities and change job duties but no pay increase, just stress and frustration increase. Everyone on the same level receives the same pay regardless of experience. There’s very little room for growth. No chance at increase pay unless taking a promotion for higher level position. The free health insurance is for self only and price increases dramatically when adding family. There is little stability with leadership due to lots of internal promotions and restructuring. No tuition reimbursement. The company is fairly new and the changes can often become overwhelming due to frequency and a complete 360 being done.
