Great place to work, but minor downsides than can be determining factors - Office Associate Mississippi State University Employee Review

The compensation here doesn't compare many other universities or corporations, especially when it comes to level of education and experience, which is frustrating. For me, I have a master's degree and am single and what I am currently making is very difficult to comfortably live off of, despite a lower cost of living in Starkville, MS. I love what I do and who I work with, but I feel I could be doing the same elsewhere - making a salary that I deserve.
