      Pros

      Some very nice people, made some good friends who were also let go by this same manager

      Cons

      Manager shows favoritism for the technicians, does not support the administrative team, does not know his job and the branch has gone hill since he's taken over. Now they have lost their biggest account, Tesoro. Poor management and has horrible training methods. Way too much paperwork, unorganized and no structure

      Pros

      Awesome company with plenty of opportunities to get grow and learn. The Hiring process and training environment was great. You definitely feel like part of a team and feel like any concerns you have no matter the department will be addressed.

      Cons

      I honestly do not have any cons. This is a traveling career so if that is not for you just be aware of that.

      Pros

      - Long-term stability - Option to work remote depending on job - Can stay contained within a small team for more efficient work despite overarching corporate atmosphere (also job dependent) - Lots of good, honest, hardworking people there

      Cons

      - Leadership can feel disconnected, uninformed, and tone-deaf with decision-making surrounding products, teams, and messaging - Stagnant pay scale, no real ladder to climb with benchmarks and consistent pay increases - Inefficient communication and operation between cross-functional teams, leads to more friction working internally than it should
