Pros
I absolutely loved that you have every opportunity and the assets provided if you ever wanted to advance within the company and within the field of non destructive testing. For the most part management and disciplinary issues were always dealt with in a very professional and fair manner which isn't very common in the oil refining industry.
Cons
The only con was that the monstrous size of the company itself created a somewhat large gap between upper management and the technicians and assistants in the field so sometimes acknowledgment and advancement for jobs well done or promotions were delayed a bit, but even so it was a minor downside compared to the overall experience as a Mistras employee.
