Pros
Some good people but let down by Japanese senior management. Learned a great deal at beginning but not rewarded by management.
Cons
No opportunities to further career for non-Japanese staff. Appalling standard of management from Japanese senior managers. Staff expected to work long hours. No appreciation or provision of food or transport. Poor remuneration and burdensome evaluation process with little positive results. Complete lack of incentives and motivation.
