Good people in general, HR tries to do right by their employees with the limited resources they have, good employee lease program, good benefits
Cons
Dying company, unfocused, rapidly declining sales, non-competitive products, constant threats of layoffs, poor decision making at many levels, lack of decent planning and analysis for internal projects, an undercurrent of fear that the end of the road is coming soon permeates the place.
