This review is for MHI MSSA (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, MHI Shared Services) offices located in Houston, TX. Classic old school corporate culture is still alive and well at MSSA. Be nothing short of a perfectly functioning worker. There is no room for anything less. Do not make any mistakes. You will not be given any second chances. You will not be given any warnings. They will allow you to continue making mistakes long enough to tell you they have a history of your less than perfect work performance, provide no warning for you to correct the issue, and promptly terminate you thereafter. Do not trust your supervisor. Do not believe they will advocate for you, ever. Oh, and if you are a woman, do not get pregnant. They do not provide adequate wellness rooms for nursing mothers regardless.
